Illustrative gear images
The seafoam studio guitar, studio combo amplifier and orange overdrive pedal images were generated with OpenAI image generation for Amp & Axe. They illustrate fictional equipment and also appear within the launch screenshots. They are not photographs of community members’ collections or endorsements from equipment manufacturers.
The website uses resized, compressed versions of these launch assets and crops the illustrative images to fit different screen sizes.
Community-shared gear
Images on shared gear pages are supplied by the person sharing that item. The item’s displayed attribution identifies the contributor when their profile is available. These images are separate from the illustrative launch imagery used on our product pages.
